Company Founders

Mark Schneider

Managing Director of People Matrix Group, Mark Schneider is a highly regarded industry consultant and manager, and is the company’s business development driver.

Mark has been a consultant to the IT&T industry for over 25 years. He has worked for leading consulting organisations in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Synergy Plus (now Hyro) where he has had opportunities to work in a variety of industries and specialist roles including software development, project management, technical consulting, service delivery, account management and sales management.

Mark has seen the demands on IT shift from integration of legacy technologies to delivery of front-end applications with a focus on better supporting the customer experience. Whether these are complex billing systems or integration of CRM with back-end business applications, call/contact centre customer service is where the technology and people meet with business processes to deliver the ultimate touch point with the customer. This is where he sees the real opportunity for business improvement.

Mark was the Treasurer of the Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) for 2002 to 2007 and is a Life Member.

 

Michelle Heriot

Training and Development Director of People Matrix Group, Michelle Heriot is a successful trainer, leader and manager, and is the company’s visionary, product and quality care specialist. She is passionate about empowering individuals, teams and organisations to realise their full potential and to achieve excellence. As a result of 18 years experience in teaching, managing and motivating people, Michelle brings a wealth of practical knowledge and understanding to the Customer Contact Industry and is committed to creating new standards of excellence within the industry.

Michelle has been actively involved in the Customer Contact Centre Industry for the past 8 years. In this time, she has been successful in designing, tailoring and facilitating customer service and leadership programs, and has managed the set up and implementation of human resource systems and resources for a diverse range of call/contact centre operations.

Prior to this, Michelle spent 10 years developing course curriculum and facilitating accredited and tailored programs for TAFE, community, secondary and corporate education sectors.

Michelle was the founder and editor of the Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) Bulletin and has been an active leader and member of this association for several years. She was awarded Life Membership in 2007.
